The hotel's location was a real highlight.. I could easily walk to major attractions. The bed in my room provided excellent comfort. I also found the reception staff helpful. The room had a safe, very practical for storing valuables.
The internal soundproofing could be improved as I occasionally heard noises from neighboring rooms.

the room, a triple room, was quite spacious. it featured a really big bed and was very quiet. there was also a well-stocked mini-fridge with reasonable prices. the location WAS great FOR exploring, near many attractions and the city center.
breakfast had limited choice, i found it disappointing. the air conditioning DIDN'T work properly.

the hotel sits in a wonderfully quiet AREA very close to the city center. it IS a short walk to the prado museum, retiro park, and many restaurants. the metro station nearby offers easy access to other parts of the city.

the room included a large, comfortable bed, ensuring a restful sleep. the bathroom was spacious with a BIG shower. amenities included a nespresso machine, which i like a lot. the room was well cleaned.

The hotel's location allowed for easy exploration of local attractions. the staff addressed every inquiry with kindness. I found them quite helpful. the superking bed in room 202 ensured restful nights.
The room lacked sufficient space for luggage. It felt a bit cramped.
